Care Instructions
Vacuum regularly on a low suction setting without a beater bar — this preserves the wool pile height and prevents fibre damage over time.
For spills, blot immediately with a clean dry cloth. Never rub. The natural wool fibres are resilient but rubbing pushes liquid deeper into the pile.
Professional cleaning is recommended annually. Avoid machine washing — atlas wool rugs are hand-finished and require specialist care.

Will the colors look this bright in my home?

Will the colors fade over time?
Wool holds colour extremely well. Keep the rug out of direct, sustained sunlight — as with any natural fibre, months of hard midday sun will lift any colour eventually. Rotating the rug twice a year is the simplest protection and evens out wear at the same time.
How long does production take?
Each rug is woven exclusively for you. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production before your order ships. You will receive photo updates during weaving so you can follow your rug’s progress from loom to doorstep.
Will my rug look exactly like the photos?
The palette, proportions and composition will match closely. Because the colour fields are laid down freehand rather than from a template, the exact edges where the blue, blush and orange meet will differ slightly on yours. That is the nature of the technique — no two Oasis rugs are ever identical.
