Yes, we offer custom Beni Ourain rugs made to your dimensions. Custom orders are non-returnable, as each piece is crafted specifically for you.
Yes — House of Berber offers free worldwide shipping on all orders, fully insured and tracked.
Orders are processed within 4–6 weeks, as each rug is handmade. After processing, international delivery takes 7–10 business days depending on your location and customs clearance.
Customs duties and import taxes vary by country and are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
You have 20 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Custom rugs are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund is processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
For regular maintenance, vacuum gently on a low setting without a beater bar. Spot-clean with cold water and a mild wool-safe detergent. Avoid steam cleaning or machine washing.
