Once your payment clears, a weaver in the Middle Atlas ties the first knot. We send progress photos as your rug grows on the loom.

Your one-of-a-kind rug ships by insured express courier, fully tracked from the loom to your door.

About Custom Orders
How long does a custom rug take?
About 6 to 9 weeks from confirmed order to your door: 2 to 4 weeks of hand-knotting, then 10 to 15 business days of insured express delivery. Your confirmation gives you an exact timeline.
Do I have to know exactly what I want?
No. Pick a style and a size and send it — even “not sure yet” is a fine answer. We reply with suggestions, a sketch and a price, and you refine from there.
Can I see progress photos during weaving?
Yes — we send progress photos at key milestones so you can follow your rug as it comes to life on the loom.
What's the minimum deposit?
We require a 50% deposit to begin weaving. The balance is due before shipping. Detailed terms come with your order confirmation.
Can I return a custom rug?
Custom rugs are woven specifically for you and are non-returnable. That is exactly why we send a digital sketch for your approval before any work begins.
How is shipping handled?
Shipping is free on orders over $350 — below that a flat rate applies, shown on your order confirmation. Every rug travels by insured, tracked express courier and takes 10 to 15 business days once weaving is complete.
