HouseOfBerber ships both domestically and internationally. We proudly deliver our products to customers around the world.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We use trusted carriers including Ameex and FedEx to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.
3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4-6 weeks. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

- International Orders: Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days after the order has been processed, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

7. Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for more information.

At HouseOfBerber, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 20 days of the delivery date. Custom Beni Ourain rugs are not eligible for return.
2. Return Time Frame
You have 20 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
3. Return Process

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Custom Beni Ourain rugs and other custom-made rugs are not eligible for return.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [contact@houseofberber.com] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for an exchange or refund.
